STARSHIP: A campaign to attrack talent

In 2021, as Starship rapidly expanded its operations, the company needed to attract new talent for highly specialized roles.

We collaborated with their Employer Branding team to craft the campaign’s creative direction —a fresh, human and tech-driven image that reflected Starship’s essence as a start-up made of both humans and robots: young, modern, and down-to-earth.
